Or a wintery skin care blog on looking after your skin and fake tans etc instead of using sun beds because you hear a lot about looking after your skin in summer using sun cream etc x

Depends where they're most prominent. If it's on your parting but your hairline is fine, then you could opt for a simple beehive, try out a few different plaits etc. if your roots are showing on your hairline then there isn't an easy way to hide them without using a hat or headband haha. There's always the option of hair powder xxxxx

It's true. I've been in this dark place for 6 years now. I've had councilling and therapy but hasn't worked. I am past caring. I just want to give up. I'm a shell of my former self :(
Try it again, you might need to go on medication. I really really hope you start to tackle these demons because I know how it feels. Please don't give up, there's always light even when you feel like you're submerged in darkness :(
