No, as long as you're not tying it too tight and are using a metal free bobble it's fine! Never use those snag free plastic bobbles or rubber bands though, they do wreck your hair
Do you think I should go to the doctors? I started my period when I was about 11? But I've been having irregular periods I've put it down to my weight because I lost a hell of a lot and then put loads of weight on and I don't know if stress has anything to do with it?
Irregular periods aren't uncommon, if your weight goes up and down it's completely normal so don't worry! But if you feel that there could be a problem then go to the doctors :)
