I have to do record sheets but just the time and date, what the thoughts were, if they were hypothetical and real and then rate them on a scale of 0-8. I'm meant to do it 3 times a day but how can you be in anxiety-provoking situations that often?! I've done it once a day max, hope she isn't mad at me haha!xx

It's true!! What happened at the end of the program did cassie get with that Jewish guy? Was it a happy ending (I got up to the point where that Jewish guy sent a pic to cassie of her and that guy she went home with kissing and then the big fight) :)
It seemed kinda lost at the end to be honest, they didnt get together she just ended up taking her brother in whilst her dad stayed in Italy, I'm still confused about it hahahahahahaah

It depends what you're wanting to do, if it's reasonable then try negotiation or the classic 'but so-and-so is allowed to!' If it's something stupid like you're 15 and wanting to go out to some club in Leeds then give up, you're parents are doing the right thing and not being stupid
