I don't go to restaurants anyway as I hate them haha. But yes it can be really hard, especially if you're with other people and they're not vegetarians as they're just like 'look there's a vegetable pizza, get that' and I'm like 'it doesn't say vegetarian so I can't have it'.........my life is such a drama haha
Why do people only take you seriously when they can visibly see things? E.g. If I said I felt like cutting, people would just say, take your mind off it. However, if I had cuts on my arms it would be taken more seriously, wouldn't it?

how do you brush hair from ends to roots? my friend said if you do it that way it causes less breakage is that true?
Start about two inches from the ends of your hair and brush downwards like you normally do. If there's no knots, or until you brush them out, go up by another couple inches from where you started the first time, again brushing to the ends until there are no more knots. Keep going up a couple inches at a time until you get to your roots, and at that point you'll be brushing through :) yes it does, plus it gets knots out waaaay easier because if you start from the roots the knots will just become larger and tighter
