Yeah I do! Kinda, I usually just guess ahahahah! You do them when your therapist thinks you're ready. I started mine end of august, before you start experiments you fill out like a 'situation sheet' where you need to jot down three different situations every day and say how nervous you felt, why and if it was hypothetical or not. That way it kinda sets you up for the experiments :p xxxx

Do ya like shops like primark, bank, etc? I personally think they are awful
Hate Primark with a passion, Bank can be a bit hit and miss cause a lot of it is tacky but sometimes there are nice things in there

I just tried it using Bourjois Levres Contour Lip Liner in 19 Sienne Kiss with Bourjois La Creme Des Levres Lip Cream in 03 Rose Doux and it looks really pretty! It's quite subtle so easy to pull off by all skin tones x
