Well I used to drink like 2 litres a day and I just went cold turkey 'cause I have super strong willpower and I can't even remember the last time I had any diet coke...unless you have strong willpower like me I wouldn't recommend going cold turkey, the best thing to do is slowly cut down on your intake. Say if you're drinking 2 litres every day at the moment, start drinking 1.5 litres a day for a week, then a litre for a week, then half a litre, then a can, and see if you can drink none at all for a day, and if you can restrict yourself to just one can a week on a 'cheat day', like a Saturday or a Sunday :) good luck, please tell me how it's doing!
