& how do I stop my hair being so frizzy xxx

I loooove Lee Stafford's Solution Spray, spray it on your hair when it's still wet and then comb through. It helps keep frizz at bay and stops it from being so static! Also, if you have naturally curly/wavy hair like me do NOT brush your hair when it's dry - it makes it ridiculously frizzy. Always brush it when it's wet, with a special brush like a Tangle Teezer. Xxx

Do you use heat on your hair - straighters, curlers, blow dry? I use them all the time, what can I use to protect my hair?

Yeah, I sometimes blowdry and straighten my hair but I ALWAYS use heat protect. Sometimes the styling products I use have heat protect in them though, so it's always worth a check, like my Lee Stafford wonder spray. My favourite heat protect spray is the ghd one - http://www.ghdhair.com/heat-protect/heat-protect-spray it smells amazing like the rest of the range and it just does what it says on the tin - helps to protects your hair but also adds an amazing shine. I'll always come back to this spray, it's my ultimate fave!

I always used to do that, I'm pretty sure 4180 words are enough if you've done an even amount for each essay

No not really! I just pluck the stray ones and then use clear mascara to keep them neat, I sometimes fill them in too :p haha aww thankyou!
