Why don't you just chat to her about it? There might be something going on at home that's causing her to drink, and if so let her confide in you and gently remind her that drinking isn't the answer, it only makes her feel worse. Good luck

If you have to work in say, groups of 4 and there are 5 of you in your friendship group but only 3 in the other, go into the other group and work with them! Not really, I've always been friends with pretty much the majority of my year group, even though I had a small circle of friends. My friendship group were all in the same set but I'd still talk to other people in the class and make friends with them :) it's nice to have as many friends as you can, that way you're never alone and when you're put with randomers, likelihood is that it's a friend of yours haha! Xxxxxx
