I heard the managers were rude with fans, but I think they overeacted because they are damn tired that the boys are followed everywhere and fans would do anything to take pics of them or give them a gift... Sometimes it's just too much and you explode... They are just humans ^^

Do you know if it's all sitting at festival hall? because I have the VIP standing section tickets but on the receipt it says sitting with the row and seating numbers. so I'm not really sure anymore
Umm it's confusing... If you have a seat number, you should be seated? But sometimes even standing tickets have "seating number". So if you are the 100th ticket, you will be the 100th person to enter in the venue, so you will most likely be the 100th person in the standing area

It depends on the venue, some check the bags and will confiscate your water bottle so you have to buy one at the venue T_T But yeah usually you can bring your stuff inside the venue ~
