Generally they don't have fansign outside Korea. But if they do, the people who will be able to attend the event will be probably chosen through a random draw, just like in Korea!

Un fancafe est un portail coréen où le staff de TS (et même les membres de B.A.P) partagent des infos, photos et videos avec les fans qui peuvent s'inscrire. C'est un peu comme un forum et un blog en même temps. Le level 2 est le plus haut level à atteindre pour les fans (le level 3 est réservé pour les official BABY, ceux qui ont payé pour un membership et des privilèges exclusifs en fin d'année), et on accès à presque toutes les sections du fancafe.

As for now, you can only buy the digital album through iTunes, but it won't have any effect on Korean charts / music programs. It will help them to gain recognition internationally, though!
