I know I sent in this question before, but you guys weren't able to answer it at the time, but for the Chicago Hi-Touch, how much earlier should I go to pick up my album to make sure I'll be able to make it if I did win the tickets? Will there be an announcement of what time it would be? Thank you!!
There's no "time announcement", you just pick up your album at the venue few hours before the concert. There's an album reserved for you, and the tickets are randomly filled in all albums, so it doesn't really matter at which time you arrive, but hopefully few hours before 8PM
