Honestly, you shouldn't have included the cities that BAP already visited for LOE. You should give opportunity to the cities that they haven't at all even thought about going.
We included the most popular states/provinces/countries even if they already had LOE. We will send all the results to TS and they'll see where B.A.P is the most wanted. If these places are the ones that they already visited, then we can't do anything about that. TS will go to the places where they are the more fans, that's how it works. We're just an intermediaire between TS and the fans. ^^
