We're not sure, but it could be a possibility. There's most chance to be postponed, but until TS Ent. will make an official notice about this matter, we won't say anything.

There's nothing around TS. There's a convenient store near the building but nothing really close. There's a park in front of the building and houses and other buildings around. It's pretty hard to get there, that's why we always tell to people to take a taxi to get to TS.

Oh well, I can provide you a link to pay US with VISA, but I can't provide you a link if it's to pay someone else. However you can create a Paypal account, add funds on it with your VISA and then transfer the money to the seller. ^^

What kind of personal information do you have to give to get an official fan membership thing? And is it hard to get official membership when overseas?

Yes it is hard, TS Ent. didn't receive the payment of many of my friends because of the currency exchange with wire transfers.
