Powerhouse's wording regarding the high-touch and the album sales make me believe that you are certain to receive a ticket with the album purchase. However, I understand that this is unlikely, so do we know for sure if it's done by lottery or not? Can we contact powerhouse directly to ask?

I think you have to purchase it online to have the ticket... but it's a lottery, it's not SURE that you'll get in the high touch
