So the deadline for payment is March 5th 11pm KST b/c I also see it highlighted in yellow on BYS that the deadline was March 6th? The March 5 cutoff, that's 6am local time, which is about 10 hours away, but it's already 7PM local time. Hopefully, I will get an invoice in time to make the payment.

Yes you should, since TS haven't mentioned that we needed to be level 3 to get our goods, so level 1 & 2 members should have the right to get their goods even if they're not on the fancafe...

If you paid with a credit card, sometimes it takes a while, but as long as you have a transaction number from paypal, it worked!
