Le fancafe c'est un endroit ou peuvent se rencontrer les fans coréens et internationaux. C'est aussi le premier endroit ou TS va poster des videos, photos et infos (schedules, etc.) sur B.A.P. Tous les membres de B.A.P ont d'ailleurs un compte et vont lire les messages des fans à l'occasion.

Plus ton niveau est élevé, plus tu as accès à du contenu.
Le niveau 1 est attribué à tous les nouveaux membres. Le niveau 2 est pour ceux qui ont appliqué (pour le niveau 2 LOL QUELLE LOGIQUE ISA -_-/) et ont accès à plus de boards.
Le niveau 3 est pour les "Official BABY" qui ont payé leur membership et leur official goods. Ils ont accès à du contenu exclusif réservé aux fans officiels, en plus des nombreux privilèges pour les concerts et les broadcasts en Corée.

I don't know if there's kpop stores in Malaysia that sell it, otherwise you can buy it online on sites like kpopmart.com. It's about 40 USD

Yes
On the sidebar of the fancafe, there's a Badman cover album.
Click on the "내 정보" link
You should see your ranking and your nickname (Fancafe ID)
Next to your ID, you will find that 수정 button.
Click on it and you'll be able to change your fancafe ID there!

I have no idea what I am doing wrong leveling up everyone seems to get it in one try this is over 10 times I filled it out TT. They say 3, 6 and this sentence 3번2곡빠짐+6번문제밑에서3줄이상기재+제목수정. I have fixed my application this feels like it will never happen. Maybe I have to write all in Korean TT.

Being a level 2 member is good if you want to have access to everything in the fancafe. Being a level 3 member / official BABY give you more privileges on the fancafe - Such as exclusive videos and messages from B.A.P.
But you will receive your goods even if you're not a level 3 member.
