Most likely they do send them to the TS building however, we are just saying that it would be easier to get a letter to the boys than presents. If you want to send a present, then it's up to you. We are just making a suggestion.

You can join the fan cafe and be a member but to be an official member means you have bought the BABY3 (as it is this year) membership and can access the BABY3 boards. They have already opened and closed membership for this year so it'll be another year till they have BABY4 open to purchase.

Correct. To get the Baby3 membership you have to buy it when it's available. The term lasts for a year so they won't open again till next year for Baby4 membership.

You can join the cafe and level up to lvl 2 unless you have bought Baby3 membership. Even if you didn't buy it, you can still join the cafe and interact with other fans.
