Can you have ONLY up to 8 characters on the cafe nickname to rank to 3 or does that not matter? Mine is 9 characters and I'm rank 2.
Your Fancafe ID must be less than 8 character. So you have to change your Fancafe ID before you apply for Level 3.

There's nothing official for the moment about their schedule, we are looking at the fancafe once a day and we will inform you guys when we will know more! (Though they will perform in Philippines in February and they will have a fanmeeting in Korea in January)

Yes there's a way but even if you did a mistake, you can't edit it, it won't be accepted. You have to re-apply on a new post if the admin don't level you up to Level 2.

could you at least tell me how started bys? Like how did u gain sources for news and how did you spread the word?
I basically made a list of sources on Twitter, Korean sites, forums, and Facebook page plus the fancafe, I made a tutorial for my admins. I made partnerships with other fanbases to spread the word about the fanbases. But BYS is there since the boys debut so we're known since the debut too.
