did the ifans from baby1 have all these problems with payments and shipping? its so complicated and has given me many headaches already

We paid via wire transfer too, but it was more simple since we didn't need to be a level 3 member on the fancafe and we had more infos on the bank, etc.

-c- so regarding the date and time, do i write the date of apply which is 1 march or the date of transfer which is 3rd march?

Next time, ask them to do it in front of you...
For the form, write March 3rd and no time

No it's not possible. The payment should come from overseas since you applied as an international fan

Would having a level 3 BABY post the info about the BABY 2 goods for those who aren't level three and can't access the post be an alternative? Would it work, so those who aren't part of the Fancafe or at the right level?

Um... that's weird that they don't do it in front of you... Maybe that you should comeback on Monday and ask them to do it right away
That way you will have the date + exact time

I need to wire transfer money from the US but im not sure how? And will my bank information be protected? Have any of you done this before?

Yes we did this before and it's all secure. It's an exchange from bank to bank, so there's no way for them to see your bank info
