Yes, you would have to leave to Korea FROM Japan and return to Japan, OR find your own way there and the price for the event without the course that includes airfare and hotel is still around 90000yen. It's really intended for JBabys honestly ^^;;

Badman is part of the mini album 'Badman' and 1004 is part of the full album 'First Sensibility', so they were released separately

i dont like the new ts girl group :( they will take all of the agency attention and money away. then bap will be neglected. also the agency will make bap collaborate with them and i dont want that to happen.
TS is a company in expansion. Secret contributed to B.A.P's debut, and B.A.P will contribute to TS new girl group debut and so on. This is how business works. They couldn't just focus/promote B.A.P intensively forever. See the positive in this: This probably means more rest for B.A.P for a while. :)))
And don't worry too much, TS knows that B.A.P is their biggest income source ^^ And no one ever said that B.A.P will collaborate with TS new girl group, so no need to freak out ^^

No problem, and last time for No Mercy there were events in Fukuoka, Osaka, Nagoya and Tokyo area, so they should have Excuse me Events in different places again as well, just the "No Mercy" extra event will be on the same day as the Kanto Excuse me event since it was the Kanto No Mercy event last time that had bad weather/delays so Babys couldn't use their special tickets, that's why they are having an extra event that day ^^

As long as you leave from one of the Japanese airports, then yes you can participate (I don't see anything abut "no foreigners" so I might apply to go as well ^^;;), just be sure to apply online during the reservation period, and you will have to pay with credit card or 振込 (bank transfer within Japan) ^^;;
For the Excuse Me Japan event question, it helps to keep in mind which event your going to. My friend preordered for No Mercy & her albums didn't arrive in time for Nagoya so she had to buy more then use her other tickets for Tokyo. I just preorder mine for in-store pickup to be safe.

Yes, if you preorder in Japan you are good to go, but if you order it internationally it will take some time to reach you ^^ But the No Mercy Event WILL be on the same day as the Kanto Excuse Me event, and you can't join both, and we still have no idea WHEN/WHERE/WHAT is going on until they make an official post lol ^^
