LMAO, you wear whatever you want. ^^ Usually fansigns are outside, so you should wear something according to the weather!

What would be a good present to give to BAP (each member) at a fansign event?

Anything you want! But not something too big, since the staff will have to take it and make it in a big box to bring all the presents to their dorm after the fansign! ^^
