Haha, Korean Babys who are still active on the fancafe prob watch the MV non stop just like international fans do.
In the 100,000 fans members, some of them don't follow B.A.P's activity or are just not fans of B.A.P anymore. The number of active members is not the same as the total members.

In America it was actually after the concert (well for NY), for Seoul and Japan it started around 10AM. We don't know about Hong Kong but usually it starts few hours before the actual show. ^^

Well admins needs a lot of time and motivation, so if you think you'll be busy in the coming weeks, don't apply. :/ However, you can apply as a HK rep, and represent BYS at B.A.P's events in HK!

Well, it help them to produce more music since you actually pay for the songs and not just download them, but iTunes has no effect on Korean charts / music shows.
You can buy the physical version of the album on kpopmart.com, kpoptown.com, dvdheaven.com or synnara.com ; your order will be reflected on Hanteo chart, and it'll help B.A.P!
But the most important for music shows are the SNS points; researches, Youtube views, Twitter trends, Facebook shares, etc. So focus on that!

On many sites you need an account and a Korean ID. The only site where International fans can buy digitally is through Soribada, but the album is not there for some odd reason o_O
