That's actually his sister who posted the family pictures. Last time, it was Yongnam who posted a picture on Twitter and then asked Yongguk's fans to not talk about him (he wanted to keep his privacy).

It was when Himchan hurt his hand, during One Shot promotion. There were rumors saying that he was hurt while trying to get in the van and some "sasaeng" fans hurt his hands... Well, it's just rumors, anyway. (=.=)
He didn't hurt his hand because of sasaengs. He actually fell near the van after an awards show, one week before their "One Shot" comeback.
