As for their dorm, they now have three rooms with 2 members in each room.

It just says that there is a ticket for the photo card handout by a B.A.P member at one of the two Excuse Me release events, plus some notes about being careful if you order other items since they shipping process might vary ^^

Unfortunately I didn't have the chance to try it yet, but you need to have a line account, add the starcast account they mentioned as friend and when you enter the chatroom you can watch the live broadcast once its on air. But like I said I couldn't try yet so I'm not sure
