Because I am a full time student at College in the Sciences faculty, and I also have two part time jobs including BYS, totaling more than 80 hours of work for 1 week. I'm actually not inactive on BYS, I'm just always working behind our team.

Any idea how's Himchan's personality in the real life? For example, some artist got caught being arrogant/bad/rude to fans/news reporter. No offense though because Himchan is my bias. So, I would like to get to know him better. Does he have any bad records? Or any good ones? :)

Well he is a human being like everyone else, and sometimes we are angry for some situations. They can't be ALWAYS cutie and smiling at everyone 24/7. The fans and news reporters are usually the ones who are rude and arrogant with the boys, trying to follow them everywhere and take pictures of them at 2 cm. So of course Himchan, and the rest of the boys can be arrogant or bad towards those people. But if they respect them, the boys are always pleasant.
