i'm oddly confused with this situation right now. uhm so i did the memo thing on the 6th of march (KST) but they never replied at all. I'm worried because in one of your answers, you guys said that it takes 1-2 days. Do I just keep waiting? I'm lost. I'm not sure what to do.

Hum I think that at that point, you should repost your memo. They probably skipped it by error

You updated saying everyone needs to repost their mailing infos with the proof of transaction. What about those that have already been confirmed? Do we need to repost too? You wrote a few answer below it doesn't include members with confirmed. maybe you can write that in your post indicating -c-

If TS ask for a confirmation of transaction or the time in seconds, you should repost your memo and add an official deposit slip from your bank that shows the payer name & transaction date/time.

I saw some people said TS ask the time with seconds. Btw, I already put the "seconds" in my post. What else they mean by that? As for my transaction, I've done it at 13:48:13 my local time. As I'm from Malaysia, should I put Malaysia time 13:48:13PM like that?

Hi, I posted my details with the TT transfer application form from my bank. TS has replied that they need one with seconds. I'm trying all means to get it but if I don't do you think there is a way to let TS know this is the best I have?

We really think it's unfair to ask for something they didn't mentioned before... Like we can't re-call our bank & yell at them "GIVE ME THE SECONDS OF THE TRANSACTION ITS URGENT BECAUSE TS AND ITS DEADLINES"
lol if you really can't get it, just reply that your bank can't provide the time in second...

It depends on what you bought :) If it's pre-order, it will be shipped on the release date. But if you're talking about the delivery time, to PH it should take around a week since it's close to Korea

They want you to send a deposit slip of your transaction that shows the payer name with the transaction time with seconds

For the payer name, do we have to be exact? As in with the capital letters, spacing if there is on the receipt...
