From the States it's 30 $ for the shipping. The transfer fee will depend on your bank.

Yes. They won't just have a concert in Seoul & Singapore, they'll surely do more countries in Asia, go to the States again, and will surely try Europe this time
If they don't do a Japan tour again, they'll probably promote 1 or 2 weeks in Japan since it's just a single ^^
