what is the differences between 2nd genereation BABYz and level 2 BABYz?? O.o

2nd Generation Babys are OFFICIAL Babys who paid money to get special privileges and goods, for the most part they are actually level 3 on the fancafe so can therefore access areas of the fancafe which are only for Official Baby.
Fancafe level 2 give you access to more areas of the fan cafe, but you are not part of the actual Baby fan club so will not get special goods or access to ticket presales for Korean shows ^^ The levels are for fan cafe access.

I know B.A.P currently don't have any Japanese releases out, but I just saw this and thought it might be good to know for the future (basically, overseas sales no longer count towards the Oricon charts): http://bit.ly/1n8cgbl http://bit.ly/1q940wA

We don't know if the new rules come from TS or Daum, but yes the rules have been updated in the foreign fan section ^^;;

What is B.A.P's privacy policy?

You mean for fans? They don't have an actual policy written out for us to see, but generally it is acceptable to see B.A.P at concerts, events and the airport. It is NOT acceptable to go to their dorms/hotel, follow them around, or otherwise invade their personal space/time.

And can I level up to 3 too? I've just become a level 2...But if I'm a level 2 it means that I'm not a 2nd generation baby? if no, how can I become a 2nd generation? Sorry for all the questions but it is all new to me ^^;;

Level 3 is available for people who paid for Official Baby membership (Baby 2, registration ended though), Baby 3 registration should be coming up at the end of this year though ^^

Just wondering but why there are so many 3rd generation babys in the fancafe? I mean, shouln't we be able to level up on november? I'm confused ^^;;

These are level 3 members, not 3rd generation babys ^^ They are actually 2nd generation babys and are level 3

Im already done trying to level up my fancafe but when i click 확이 they say 게시판을 선택하여 주세요 whats that mean??

It asks you to choose where do you want to go after posting your application (like go back on the board or view your post, etc)

For the good deeds, do speakers count? Like can we explain about how they've influenced us when they tell their way of how they've impacted the world^^ Thanks~

No, you actually have to DO something to be included in the good deeds, but it can be as simple as helping young children or eldery to do something ^^
