To be honest, they are way more popular overseas than in Korea. Why? B.A.P's style is quite different from what Kpop usually offers, and Korean people like to stick on the usual Kpop style. But, they did well on the charts when Badman was released. It dropped now, but when they did the promotion of One Shot, they were always in the top 10 of everything, which is really good!
