You have to pay via wire transfer. Sometimes, because of the money exchange, it might not send the right amount, or it might not work because of the country. I'm from Canada, and the girl at the bank at trouble to send money to Korea, just because it's not a common country where Canadians send money.

Basically, you have to fill up a form on the fancafe, send 15,000 Won by wire transfer to TS' bank account, then they will accept or decline your registration. (If you are accepted, you'll be leveled-up to level 3). Then later you'll have to send another payment for the shipping of your official BABY goodies. :)
