You can't control how she feels in this case but you can shape your messages to have her waiting for the next one. a good way to do this is to say things like by the way remind me to tell you about that one time XYZ happened. The reality is people are more concerned with themselves than they will be with you so you need to make an impact in their awareness by talking to them. Once you do that they may start to build curiosity as to what you're all about it.

Sometimes it can come off strong if you don't have the personality to back it up. if you are the kind of person who's straight forward and say something like that, otherwise maybe try a softer approach.

A good way to be more open to strangers is to approach them from a learning perspective. Try to get out of the mindset of will this person like me and seek out to learn about them. Share a story that's related to something going on "hey I just saw this movie and I wanted to know if you've ever seen it. What's your favorite movie?". Learn more about strangers and they'll be more interesting to you.

Asking a girl out on a date is always a risk but if you like her it's a risk that's well worth it. is she asked to bring a mutual friend then she may not think it is a romantic date or a date for the two of you to get to know one another. try specifying that you wanted to only be the two of you because you like her and you want to see if you to click. if it ends up interfering with your friendship then it might be time to move on from being her friend because it wouldn't be fair for you to pretend to only want to be friends with her when you like her.

A good way to make new friends is to hang around social environments like a mall, a park or even finding meetup groups of people that have the same interest that you do. look online to see if there are any in your town or neighborhood and maybe you can hang out with them sometime. if you choose to talk to people in a public location try just being friendly and asking them what their interests are so you can learn more about them you see if you click with them.

It sounds to me like you might be in the friend zone. If you guys have developed that close of a bond then she may be shocked and hurt to find out that you had the secret feelings for her all this time. There are a lot of techniques to help learn how to manage your anxiety I've made a few videos on the topic but if you want to talk to someone who has a channel dedicated to that look up depression to expression. My friend Scott talks a lot about social anxiety and how do you work through it.
Josh you should share this with your fans. I used to have social anxiety. How I overcome it was by simply telling myself that I had nothing to prove to anybody. And by doing that it helped me to overcome my social anxiety.
