The girl that I can literally text back and forth for hours is the same girl that I still get nervous talking to at school. Most of our in school conversation are very brief and are almost the same like "Hi how are you"? How do I overcome this fear and break out into better conversation in person?

Approach her differently. Stay away from boring conversation topics like "How's it going" and instead ask her interesting questions. Think about what you talk about during text and bump that up. If you guys talk about her going somewhere, bring that up in person and ask her more about it. Become good at being aware of the things she talks about and turn those events into conversation points.

Have you got any embarrassing baby pics of yourself like nappy changing and bath time

Yea there are tons of baby photos of me being all naked and stuff. The thing I always remember is that I am very different from when I was a baby, now I am mature and grown up so when I look back at baby photos I see a kid who was young and silly. It's ok to laugh at your old photos, it doesn't represent who you are or what you would do today.

Have you ever got put over the knee as a kid

My parents never did that, but I can imagine it must feel scary to experience. What's it like for you?

Hey josh, I know you already made a video on rejection but what if I sit next to the girl I plan on asking out in class

It won't be weird unless you treat it weird. I know it feels like it's the end of the world but in her mind it isn't as serious so you don't have much to worry about in terms of her being weird. If you simply go about your day and say hi to her whenever you make eye contact with her then she's going to see that you're not nervous around her and can be mature and confident in yourself.

The best way to memorize something is to practice it. Since you're acting it out, you can practice in front of anyone you know and keep doing it until the knowledge moves from being something you remember to a fun story you can tell. Hey Josh, your videos show that if there is a girl that I like, I should ask her out, but there are people saying that I should know that person long enough before I can do that. What is the sign that I am ready to ask her out? If I ask her out, will she figure out that I like her right away?

I think asking a girl out should be less about revealing your feelings or making it romantic at first and more about getting to know her better. If you bring the question down to be asking her to hang out after school, get lunch together or going for a walk there's less pressure on both of you and you can spend that time building intimacy between the two of you rather than a dinner date where you confess your feelings which makes it easier for her to get nervous and buckle down.

Hey josh, I was wondering if you could help me with something. Most girls at my school (including my crush) only talk to guys who look better than me. Is this really the only way I could talk to her or any girl to be exact?

When you say they look better what do you mean? Better is always subjective, that means it you have a more fun personality than most of these guys then you will look a lot better in her eyes. try to focus more on what these guys do to attract the girl rather than on their looks. we can all find ways to look better easy part. However being able to keep a girls attention by being a fun person is really what it comes down to.

Sometimes people are superficial because they haven't developed the skills to understand personality yet. Always give them the benefit of the doubt and try to work with them. But if you see it constantly getting in the way then move on and give them time on their own to learn that skill.

It's hard to determine if she likes you based on that. I don't think a girl looking at you is a solid indicator, a better way to find out is to ask her out on a simple date like a walk together. That way you'll know which way she's leading. Her complimenting you might also just be her being nice.

Your crush may not know you're interested in her so she's responding like a friend would. Even if it's been a week, what I would suggest is asking to hang out in a very non committal situation like going for a walk after school or sitting together during lunch. That way it's a simple hang out and it doesn't feel like you're rushing into anything.

Text her that you want to meet up at some point in school because you have something really cool to tell her. When she meets up with you say something interesting you learned or bring up a cool hangout place that you discovered and invite her to go check it out with you.

If she has a lot of male friends then that means there are lots of guys who want to be with her but they don't have the courage to go for it. Be different from the crowd, most of those guys are probably passive in how they interact with her. What you should do is walk right up to her, let her know she's cute and ask her out. If she says no then you tell her that the two of you should at least get to know each other and ask her to go for a walk after school. Being confident, persistent and direct will push you past the whole line of guys who are too scared to talk to her.

If it was a long time ago then hopefully she will have moved on from how things were before. You also have to treat it like the way it was before is in the past. If you see her treat her normally to try and set that tone immediately.

Hi Josh! I met the girl of my dreams at uni about 5 weeks ago. In between classes she approaches me as much as I approach her. This tells me that she doesn't dislike me. It seems like she may not really be as active online, or may not know that what you guys have may lead to something. What I would suggest doing is talking to her more in person and saving online discussions for making plans to meet up and hang out open up and talk to you more, but that'll come after you guys get to know each other better in person.

The best thing to do is to try talking to her a few times before you make plans to hang out. you can have normal conversations with her about different things and then suggest that the two of you go for a walk or hang out one day after school so you can get to know each other better. the benefit of getting to know her before you ask her out is that she'll feel more comfortable around you and will probably be okay with going out.

A girl might talk to her mom if she's nervous around the guy. It's nothing too in depth, it's just her way of feeling comfortable in that moment.

Does the length of texting conversation show if a girl likes you? For example: 3rd time texting: 3 hour Conversation, responding to the messages frequently, we are both asking questions, and it ended when she had to go to bed just after midnight?

That shows progress in your relationship with her. What I would avoid is the texting trap where you get so caught up in texting so much that it becomes boring to talk to one another. Try switching things up by talking in person, on skype, etc.

How do you ask a girl to prom that you don't know. What kind of things would persuade her to say yes. Also I know her best friends but not her if that helps

The best option here would be to get to know her so that when you ask her to prom it's not weird. The best kind of persuasion is when the other person truly connects with and believes what you're saying. Try having your mutual friend introduce you to her so you can work towards something with her.

If you feel like you might be bored or lonely not talking to anyone then go for it. It's always good to make friends for the time being, they can always be classroom friends that you talk to and hang out with in relations to school but they don't have to be your best friends.
