Waheguru ji ka khalsa, waheguru ji ki fateh.Veerji in guru granth sahib got mention that world will end? Melay do believe that one day the world end the day of kiamat.

Guru Sahib mentions that Vaheguru ji is the Creator & Destroyer. That one day everything will go back into Ek.

Is it okay for a girl to not wear the kechera during her menstrual cycle ?

Vjkk, Vjkfateh,
The Kakaar should be wore all the time. Treat the Kakaar as limbs of your body & Guru ji will do kirpa.

Vjkk vjkf Are ALL our sins forgiven on taking amrit?

Vjkk, Vjkfateh,
Taking Amrit is a new birth. We are giving ourselves to Guru ji. We are then in the hands of The Guru so we have nothing to worry about including our part sins.

Vjkk Vjkf Dear Veerji I have been in an emotional and verbally abusive marriage for 23 years. Three years ago my husband assaulted me physically and sexually. I found out that he has had affairs with Caucasian women. I've been through counseling. Should I forgive him to move forward spiritually?

Vjkk vjkfateh,
Firstly, this game is about love and compassion. If you are still with him and he still assaults you and sleeps with other women then what truth is there in such a relationship? there is no compassion or love in it.
secondly if you have sorted your disagreements and the relationship has gelled backed together then forgiveness is the first step to return to love. the cracks of a relationship can only be healed with love and time.
Thirdly if you walked your own separate ways then forgive and learn from these life lessons, fall to the guru and ask him to never stop loving you. Ask him for true love, your guru will never turn his back on you Ji even if you feel he has... Hes playing games that our mind cannot even realise yet.
Finally you have been blessed with the title Kaur....read the story of Mata Bhag Kaur and take hukamnama from guru Ji if you need firmer advice Ji.
Vjkk vjkfateh stay in chardi kala Ji

Do we have to read the whole ardaas? can't we just ask for forgiveness for the mistakes we did while reading bani?

when given a set medicine to consume..... do we only take in abit it? will it have the correct effect if we only take in abit of it?
Well it could but why gamble 5 minutes on this. Follow his hukam and do ardas Ji

Vjkk vjkf veerji is it ok for a singh to work on liquor store?

is it okay to take liquor to harmandir sahib?
guru Ji describes this body as harmandir sahib, would you even let something which is forbidden come even close to you if it has a chance of stealing all that vaheguru has bless you with?

can sikh take women of enemies as his slave and make her "service" sikhs ????...most "growing religions" have this in their books ..what about sikhi ??

no no no no no no and no....
guru Gobind Singh Ji gave women the title of Kaur (princesses), he criticised and ridiculed all the thoughts of women being the thorns on the bottom of peoples feet and raised their position in society.
In guru granth sahib Ji, women are spoken highly of as they give birth to kings.
there's alot more that can also be said backed up by history and SGGS Ji.

Who answers the questions here? Is it just jagraj veerji or there is some one else also? I want to know who to thank for answering our questions in such a nice way and helping us to get closer to waheguru. :)

Its a sevadaar ji, and Jagraj Singh answers a few. Thank Vaheguru not us...

vjkk vjkf veerji if i have to learn full history of sikhi, learn how to read gurbani and kirtan.which place in india do you recommend me?

WJKK WJKF - if you get the opportunity definitely go to to Damdami Taksal, Mehta or other.

meditating on gurbani long term can make you content. However, is there a risk you may stop being ambitious, for example in your career, and you can then start falling behind.

Vjkk vjkfateh,
ambition is a good thing but it can become Maya (attachment) if it is just for wordly gain, have ambitions and desires that will bring you closer to that which has given you everything and will continue to give Ji.
Sant singh Maskin Ji speaks of politicians who don't turn off and their desires don't end even when they have everything. By turning off I mean they don't sit down and relax... and enjoy the moment that they are living, they constantly thinking. Jap naam and this will help you to steady the mind and find desires and ambitions which will help you in this world and the world hereafter Ji
No one will give to you like guru Nanak, no one will give up his children like guru Gobind Singh Ji. No one will be able to take your pain away like guru Har Rai.

WJKK WJKF! Veerji, I am trying to start doing nitnem and am not sure how to do it. Do I have to sit cross-legged or is it enough to cover my head and lie in bed in the morning?

WJKK WJKF! Great to hear that you want to start jee, trust me the bed-Nitnem WILL NOT WORK! At first it will be hard but it will get easier over time. Have your shower in the morning and sit down comfortably and read/listen to Nitnem with head covered. You will learn the Bani before you know it, just keep going along with Gutka Sahib - start with romanized if don't know Gurmukhi but do make effort to learn. If you feel sleepy start walking around and with Guru's Kirpa you will be blessed with Nitnem over time.

WJKK WJKF - I dont have a question but a suggestion your street parchar vids are amazing, could we hit the clubs and do parchar to sikh bro and sisters outside and try bringing them back to sikhi?

Vjkk vjkfateh, those who go out for a night out aren't really looking for parchar before hitting a club etc and they can become defensive.
Also in these environments we can have verbal and physical abuse.... why get ourselves in such situations.
Also, I need to sleep and wake up for Amrit vela lol
The negatives outweigh the good at the moment Ji.
thanks for the suggestion though.l

Bhaji what are u meant to say during ardass?

Firstly remember - He knows everything, without being told; unto whom should we offer our prayers?
Do Ardaas with love, the traditional way is to use the Ardaas done in Gurdwaras the one that is in Gutka Sahibs. When it comes to the part where you say personal ardas then say it in any language you know but remember the language of love (bhaakhiaa bhaao apaar - Japji Sahib). You can ask/thank Vaheguru for anything you want, it is commonly done daily after Nitnem/reading Bani for forgiveness of mistakes.

What's the best way to deal with difficult argumentative family members who talk excessively and do not listen.

to lower our own heads, show love and compassion and then give in to his hukam.
bhagat kabeer Ji, said I don't read books full of knowledge to argue. we try to argue with the knowledge within our mind but truly those that are shrouded in illusion can only be saved by his kirpa and love.
Do Ardas and extra gurbani if possible and have faith :)

there seems to be a craze of laser removal being fine ? but isnt it still wrong still removing kesh ?

Vaheguru ji - removing Kesh is removing Kesh no matter how you do it.

If one can't get Sangat but try to attend Sangat discussions online , would that be the same?

Watching videos/discussion forums are all type of sangats that will help us but they are no way near to actually going to SatSangat (true congregation) and doing Veechar.

VGJKK VGJKF Veer Ji- my question is regarding below verse from Rehras Sahib. "Kahe Re Man Chit-veh Uddam, Ja Ahar Har Jio Pariya, Sail Parthar main Jant Upaye Ta Ka Rizk Age Kar DhariYa" Does that mean we do not need to take any initiative? We will get what is destined? Pls help me to understan

WJKK WJKF! Gurbani is very deep and one cannot but a definite definition of a Shabad as there are many different interpretations which are correct in their own respect. According to my understanding Guru Arjan Dev Ji is saying why are worrying and thinking that we are doing everything when Vaheguru himself takes care of us, from rocks and stones Vaheguru created living beings and placed their nourishment before them.
Your question is about free will or destiny. In short - everything comes from Vaheguru and it's our ego that separates us from Him, and everything we have is from past karams - hard to say if we have free will.

What do you recommend for someone who cannot wear a karar because their skin becomes irritant?

Our skin is the worldly cloth given to us by God .We have to leave it here in the end. Its most commonly the Kara that irrattes skin on forearm. Would be recommended to try different types of Karey, best to have Sarbloh (iron) Kara if that is irritating you can have steel. You can try them from different sources, I am sure you will find ones of good quality stainless steel which won't irritate or even rust. The irritation might be due to the quality of the metal, or even the weight/thickness of the kara, rather than your skin.

I go to gym in the morning, and I eat a few bananas and bread and peanut butter. I come back, take bath, and then listen to nitnem baanis while getting ready for office. I'm still getting into the habit,I'm not an amritdhari. I feel I'm eating before Japji Sahib and it's wrong. Do I need to change?

You can tell yourself if you need to change, inside you a voice speaks but the more and more we ignore it the quieter it gets - remember that voice is Vaheguru. Gurbani is food for the soul. Do Japji Sahib when you wake up, spare 15min for the Guru, you'll feel better throughout the day ji.

WJKK WJKF, I am thinking about taking amrit but I am worried that I may not find a woman who is also amritdhari and I would not have an arrange marriage. What should I do?

WJKK WJKF! Amrit is about giving your head to Guru which included your own Matt (mind), surrender to Guru and give yourself. Don't worry - just do Ardas to find a partner.

Paji, please could you add some clarity to the meat eating issue? I plan to take Amrit and everyone I know has given up meat, egg etc. but if I'm correct you've said eating meat is permissible under rehit, would that also include Amritdharis? WJKKWJKF

WJKK WJKF - Personally daas doesn't eat meat and would recommend not eating meat ji, keep it simple. Focus on your Nitnem and sorting out your Amrit Vela Jee. Stay in chardi kala.
