Wow I didn't know that gods pen is still flowing and that we can make our own lives positive if we want. I always thought that whatever god has written about is what will occur in the future only. Now that I know this, I shall try and put my life back together with wahegurus kirpa.

vaheguru. jap naam and read gurbani. listen to what the guru is saying and act upon it Ji.
Play this game of love

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh Veerji I recently started watching your videos and they are really motivating . I am not Amrithdhari but I love sikhi and I am proud of it .i do my path regularly and I want to get baptized but I have beard and facial hair so I am really confused.

Vaheguru, fall in love with the guru and its all possible.
We need to listen to the guru then act upon what the guru says. That's what the guru calls true love.

Is everything the Granthi says at the Gurdwara from the Guru Granth Sahib? For example, ardas?

I'm sure the Granthi speaks aswell, the Baniya read are going to be from Guru Granth Sahib Ji, Guru Gobind Singh Ji's Bani, Bhai Gurdaas Vaaran or Rehatnamey.
Ardas consists of Bani from Sri Dasam Granth Ji and rest was written by Khalsa ji.

Wjkk Wjkf!!! Veera, some jathabandis say after you use the toilet you can't read bani. They say that after you use the toilet you must take a hair bath. Whats the point of getting rid of germs from our outer body? Shouldn't we worry about our insides be clean?

VJKK VJKF! You're talking about Suchum ji, some keep this for respect of Gurbani. Gurbani is our living Guru and the more we respect it the better. You don't have to keep Suchum but some people do out of their own choice. I don't think you have to have a hair bath just normal shower.

working in a hospital can be hard wearing kirpan, what can we do in that situation becoz it can be hard for some patients to understand that I m not wearing it to harm them. in this case can I wear the small kirpan in a thread around my neck?

Vjkk vjkfateh,
I am personally a dental student and go to the dental hospital on the weekdays. luckily no one has said anything to me about my kirpan. However if a occasion arises u personal will try to make my gatra very small and place the kirpan very close to my chest/stomach. If there's still an issue then buy a very small kirpan which you can still put in a gatera around your body and do the same.... then if there still is an issue you can buy a very very small kirpan which fits in a mian and put that on a thread around your neck.

Is it ok to keep Gutka Sahib in my room, as this is the only place suitable.

Hanji but make sure you keep Satkaar (respect). Keep Gutka Sahib high up e.g on shelf, and make sure your feet don't face Gutka in bed.

WJKK WJKF, I understand that the kirpan should never be removed. But is it ok to wear a necklace kirpan to bed and when I have ishnan? p.s. I've not taken Amrit yet, but will be in a weeks time.

VJKK VJKF! It depends what Panj Piarey say but personally would always wear a kirpan with sheath, you can get small ones. For night you should one of reasonable length, it's not too hard to sleep with Kirpan on. Daas personally during shower puts Kirpan in plastic bag and puts in customized gatra with pouch. Or you can do body ishnaan and hair separate with kirpan around head in shower and around waist when washing hair, with hair forward ji.

is it true that an amrit dhari couple can only have physical relationship when they are planning on having a baby if they are done having babies , they are not allowed to do it? even kissing? is there anything written in ggs about this ?

Contraception in sikhi isn't something we would suggest as the reason for sex is for conception. Therefore with every consequence there is a result... in the case of contraception which actually reduces the chance of conception (have chance it can fail) but this can also lead to lustful thoughts and therefore our desires becoming uncontrollable as we have given into them.
Siri Guru Dasam Granth:
when I came to a mature age my guru told me; son, remember these teachings for the rest of your life; love and care for you wife daily, but never even in your dreams go into the bed of another woman. those that have sexual relation with someone other than their spouse, they die the death of a dog.
From the above we can learn that when a sikh comes to the age for marriage and marrys; that either partner will be with you for the rest of your life. Therefore it is not paap to have sexual relations with your wife if you have lustful desires as there is a special relationship formed between man and women explained in the Lavaa bani. If we suppress these thoughts to such a degree then it can lead to frustration and anger which then can affect a marriage. Also the suppression of lust in one or both of the partners in the relationship lead to thoughts & dreams of other men/women which Guru Teg Bahadur in the above bani said those who do this will die the death of a dog.
We however want to get to the stage where we can control our lust as this energy is powerful can be used for simran. We want to change this Kaam to Naam.
so girehee jo nigrehu karai ( he alone is a householder who restrains his passions) so our guru wants us to control our senses and desires and thats how we can go deeper within and find the true guru.
To implement this then we need to do it in a way which we can handle. For example if you have sexual intercourse 3 times a week then slowly cut it down to 2 times after a week or two etc. Until you can handle without it.

Is it wrong to gave sex with your husband/wife without the intention of reproducing, I understand that that's the main function of having sec but are we not supposed to love our partners?

WJKK WJKF I have a question about shabad from bani on ang 1279 ਸੂਰਜੁ ਚੰਦੁ ਉਪਾਇ ਜੋਤਿ ਸਮਾਣਿਆ ॥ Creating the sun and the moon, He infused His Light into them. Is this a literal meaning because we know that the moon reflects light but does not have any light itself. And I thinks this suggests otherwise

one way of looking at this is the sun can represent Sants/mahapurak etc. and the moon representing the normal people of the world.
Guru Ji is saying that they have created everyone. The good and the bad etc

VJKK VJKF Jee. How do I deal with going to parties, I don't go but if it's close family then I'd have to attend not to upset no one. As I use to drink etc so they'd expect me to attend and maybe indulge. How should I carry myself in such situations. Maybe please share your own experiences please Ji.

Vjkk, Vjkfateh,
This path was never meant to be easy it's thinner then a strand of hair sharper then the edge of a sword but it's straight & simple. 'Sir deejai Kaan n keejai'. Give your head (surrender to the Guru not Pakhand). Explain to them that parties and the environment is not in line with gurmat and the path which you want to follow. Explain that the gurus wouldn't be found in these places and if I want to be the son of guru gobind Singh Ji then neither should I.
kiv sachiareea hoii kiv koorhai tuttai papal? ( how can we see past this illusion?)
hukmee rajaa chalna Nanak likliaa naal
the above reply translates as o Nanak follow his hukam. His hukam is what will lead us to be one with him.... the world hasn't become one with him and when we do something to walk towards the guru the world will try hold us back but remember the words of Guru Gobind Singh Ji 'until the Khalsa remains distinct, I will give them all my power & radiance'.
