I usually do rahras sahib and kirton sohila one after the other, without a gap, due to the hours I work. Is it ok to do ardas after completing the latter.

Personally I would always recommend suggest separating - Nitnem is food for soul and we wouldn't eat twice before sleeping, evening meal is necessary ji. Maybe have a 10 minute gap in between. It is a Hukam to do Ardaas for Rehras separately - will just take a few extra minutes...

I'm just starting the path of the saints, is it okay if I take it one bani at a time for example I'll read japji sahib for a month then get used to it then add another bani to read. I alredy read japji sahib keertan sohala and do aardas I plan on adding raheras ASAP

Vaheguru that's amazing Ji. Yes build it how you feel best but continue to grow. Sometimes we become comfortable and don't have that desire to grow... but it seems your thirsty for me.
may guru Ji bless you with the utmost kirpa.

I'm suffering from OCD, it's extremely deliberating, I keep on getting recurrent images and horrible thoughts in my head that's hard to control. How can I overcome this? Please help???

So you particular OCD seems to be related to fear.
Are aim as the khalsa is to become fearless (nirbhao). Normally to do this we need to slowly sensitise ourselves to the stimulus which is causing this problem. find a situation that your uncomfortable with and try to deal with it once you become comfortable then move on gradually till you reach that stimulus which causes the most fear.
We can only grow when we are uncomfortable. Everybody will have challenges in their lives but with each one we need to move forward and overcome it....that is true chardi kala

If we look back at the time when Harmandar Sahib was overtaken by Massa Rangar. He had alcohol in one hand and notes in other going around women dancing. Now if we look at a typical Punjabi wedding party that's exactly what happens. Then we have to ask ourselves are we the ancestors of Massa Rangar or Guru Gobind Singh Ji? If you can understand Punjabi, watch this ji:

Before dancing was a sign of slavery and now we are doing it ourselves.
However I love to dance first thing in the morning AS Gurbani tells us: (:D)
O humble servant of the Lord, let your dancing be meditation on the Lord, Har, Har.

What are the Sikh teachings on nature, is it considered valuable/beautiful/a gift?

Hanji, nature is all Vaheguru's creation.
Wonderful is the earth, wonderful the sources of creation. - Guru Nanak Dev Ji
As Sikhs we should make effort to care for the environment and respect the planet we are living on.

The 7th chakra is the dasam duar. Is the 6th chakra on the forehead also an energy centre and does this also allow you connect with god. Is this mentioned in the SGGS ji.

On the forehead is the Tripirti which is the third eye, when doing Simran we can focus by putting our Dhyaan (concentration) on it. There is mention of it in Guru Granth Sahib Ji, Bhagat Naam Dev says:
Control of the breath and positioning of the tongue, focusing at the third eye and wearing malas of tulsi beads, are all obtained through Guru's Grace.
Tripurti is where we can concentrate and with Abhiyass (continuos Simran) we can open this closed eye - another spiritual experience.

Does every person benefit from doing ishnan in the sarovar at Harmander Sahib as per the arda, or do you need to be in a particular state of mind, or spiritual level to reap the benefits.

The Sarovar of Harmandar Sahib is completely blessed as Bani is always read and the water will get Shakti just as normal water turns to Amrit during Amrit Sanchaar. All power is from Bani. Anyone can benefit from it just as there was a Sakhi of a leper who was cured of leprosy. One will get more benefit if they have their mind in remembrance of Vaheguru.

Why must the kachera be on our bodies at all times?

When we take Amrit we get blessed with Panj Kakar, which then become part of our body and should be kept always on body. Its Guru's Hukan jee - each Kakar has a physical and spiritual power, Kachera is vital to control Kaam. It reminds us our purpose in life and prevents us from falling.

VJKK VJKF whenever I listen to any kind of kirtan I start crying and can't help it. Is that good or bad? I don't want to cry because sometimes it's embarrassing but it's hard to control what should I do?

Vjkk vjkfateh, that's kirpa Ji.... don't be embarrassed because its a way for us to overcome our ego and not care what people think.
Its our ego which feels embarrassed, enjoy that moment and that Anand at that time Ji.

Is it ok to listen to English popular music eg Cold Play etc if you are ensuring the the lyrics of the song are not explicit in nature.

Vjkk vjkfateh if you look into the meaning of the lyrics you notice they speak a lot about Maya (attachment) and relationships etc..
they create a mood within you which makes you feel like the song wants you to.
I would stay away and listen to kirtan which is simple and enjoyable. You will get a lot more from it

How do I stop arguing with family members over petty things when my anger is triggered I get deeper and deeper into arguing please help

Vjkk vjkfateh,
anger is a stem of ego. When we feel our ego is being hurt we become angry.
I used to have similar arguments but I learnt to just give in and not get into this convos and just agree.
Then Carry on with what I knew to be true.
When these situations occur then just try to remain humble, don't raise your voice and jap naam within your mind. Show love even when abuse and hate is being thrown your way... its harder to say than put into practice but it definitely helps in the end.

How to do Simran? Everyone I asked talked about mechanics (breathing, chanting, etc.) but what is supposed to go on in your mind? According to Gurmat, what is the way to do it? I want to know so I can do it right, please help ...

Vjkk vjkfateh
simran actually means to remember... you reach this stage when Vaheguru is constantly on your mind.
What your referring to is naam Japna. Jap naam by doing Ardas before hand to vaheguru to ask them to still your mind. then sit down in a nice comfortable place and cross your legs. Bring your hands together and say vaheguru with your mouth and focus on what you are saying. So in your mind also hear that vaheguru mantar you are saying.
