Can you please tell me how to do Ardas? I do Japji sahib in the morning but not Ardas, and I feel that is disrespectful to Maharaj. I feel doing path is pointless if I don't do Ardas.

Would recommend listening to an Ardaas from YouTube and just following along in Gurmukhi/Romanised.

When guru gobind singh maharaj left his body, what did the sangat do with it? And with dhan guru nanak??

Guru Nanak Dev Ji and Guru Gobind Singh (also some sources say Guru Arjan Dev Ji), were only Gurus who's bodies weren't left on this Earth.
Would recommend to listen to our 12 Week's 12 Guru's playlist which goes into depth ji.

As Sikhs are we meant to repent when we have done something bad? I keep falling in the trap of kaam, please advise how I could prevent this.

We should be responsible for the actions we commit but don't let the guilt overtake you, as it's the guilt that will move you further and further away from the Guru.
Please see this video on controlling lust:

WJKK WJKF! Veerji, With guru's kirpa, I have recently become more enlightened with Sikhi. However, I still lack the courage to join my city's gatka team as I am overweight and I feel that I should lose weight then join gatka. What should I do?

VJKK VJKF! That's Kirpa ji. Daas would recommend joining the Gatka team as they surely should support you and it will help you lose weight. Don't worry too much about people's opinions as it doesn't do anything. Do Ardaas and with Guru's Kirpa they should be welcoming.
PS

I asked a question before, was scrolling down the list not sure if its answered yet. but if someone is getting bad thoughts, like sexual thoughts whilst doing paath, and they're not stopping, should they stop the paath right there (coz its beadbi of paath) or should they continue?...

Vaheguru ji - we shouldn't stop the Paath, then we've let Kaam attack and control us. Daas would recommend reading the Pankti (line) again and read Gurbani slower and more louder. It's not easy but we have to fight the 5 thieves and prevent them from robbing our true wealth.

It's 1.04am in America. I just finished the Ardas for my rehit and Sri Japji Sahib after putting on my first ever Kachera and the remaining 2 Kakkar's (Kirpan and Khanga)... so happy! Thank you for the inspiration. Dhan Guru Nanak Patshah! Hoping to take Amrit soon. Just gotta learn Gurmukhi now. :)

Waheguru, Dhan Sikhi! You may want to start with the Gurmukhi playlist on our channel ji..

VJKK VJKF,on what time should we do chaupai sahib, japji sahib and rehraas sahib?

VJKK VJKF! Read Chaupai Sahib anytime, Japji Sahib in morning and Sohila Sahib before sleeping. But remember Gurbani is beyond time, can read at anytime ji.
PS

vjkk vjkf! What paath should someone do if they are going on the wrong path and are starting to believe more in other things besides God?

VJKK VJKF! Read any Gurbani, Sukhmani Sahib for Sukh (happiness) or Chaupai Sahib for protrction

I wear 2 motte karre and punjabi sikh people ask me why I wear 2 and not one and why they are so thick and big Also same thing with kirpan When I wear a big one on top people ask me this They this is Pakhand and we just need a little karta and kirpan What answer should I give jee

Vjkk vjkfateh, the Kara on both hands are a reminder to us not to go towards that which will take us away from the path of Sikhi. When we see the Kara on our hand we are reminded, is my hand going to something which is against rehit etc. also singhs wore large Kara with spikes for protection so if someone was going to cut off their hand they would pierce their own hand first and also used as a melee weapon.
Would guru Gobind Singh Ji walk around with a small Kirpan? The Kirpan has a spiritual meaning as well as a physical. The physical being that we have a weapon to stand for honour of others but also for mercy.

Wjkk wjkf I am 15 and I love listening to stories and sakhis about Sikhs! Espically ones about sant ji and sakhis with inner deep meaning! But I don't know where to find them

Go to our channel on YouTube called 'Basics of Sikhi' then go Playlist 'Sakhi's' and '12 Weeks 12 Gurus' which has Sakhi's with deep significance.

WJKKWJKF! I play football for my school team and I play as a striker. often I head the ball and my jura sometimes comes undone and it causes a lot of problems for everyone. is it Ok if I tie my jura at the back while playing football?

VJKK VJKF! For sport it's different, hanji you can tie joora at back if you have too but don't make it a habit ji.

VJKK VJKF, my dad would like to take amrit but is unable to keep a kesh because he has exma if his beard gets thick his skin becomes very irritated. What should he do?

First thing is to do Ardaas to SatGur Ji to say this is what is my heart...show me the way.
Next time there is an Amrit Sanchar go & ask Panj Pyaare.

Following Guru's Hukam is it acceptable to learn Japanese martial arts (like Aikido or Jiu-Jitsu), in the absence of Gatka teachers? The Japanese martial arts are real and effective.

Hanji, we can learn all types of martial arts.

What do you think the ideal job is for a sikh in the uk? By ideal i mean not slaving away his life for a cooperation working long days everyday and not having time for amritvela or bhagti.. Krit kami and bhagti 50/50 style of job , e.g a job where you can listen to katha via earphones e.g royalmail

We should work as it's important to live a Grist (family life) and for that you will need to earn money. We should make sure we have enough time for our Sikhi e.g. Nitnem/Sadhsangat. Pick a job you want ji and remember it's all part of the game. Gurbani tells us, 'with our hands and feet work, but keep your conscience connected to Vaheguru.' I know it's tempting to go for a job to listen to Katha/Kirtan but don't let that deduct your job ambitions, we have to try and remember Vaheguru in whatever we do.

How to try and explain to a member of your family that marrying a sikh is the way forward, even if they are disillusioned with Sikhi and aren't even fully convinced by the concept of religion? Moreover, should we even try to get someone to marry a sikh just because they're born into a sikh family?

Sikhi needs to be experienced for them to have passion towards it that's the only way to convince.

Vjkk vjkf, if ur doing paath for another being and u do a lot of it,do u still get fal for it

Gurbani is way beyond just removing fruits in that manner.
Gurbani gas immense vibration that you can connect to & experience.
Gurbani shows us the path of Truth.

VJKK VJKF hello! I'm a 12 year old boy who is growing my kesh I wanted to wear a turban after I learned about sikhi and I want to stay true to my religion and I have to grow my kesh. Do u have any advice as too what I should do and how I should stay true to guru sahib as I continue to grow my kesh

VJKK VJKF! Vaheguru - that's Kirpa ji. I would recommend you keep regular Sadhsangat as it's very easy to fall, make sure you listen to Kirtan/Katha regularly to stay inspired. Guru Amar Daas Ji says, Inwardly polluted, outwardly pure - their lives are a gamble,' therefore it's important to have the Sikhi inside too as well as the outside, Bana and Bani are two wings. Keep your Nitnem, start with Japji Sahib in morning, Rehras in evening and Sohila at night and slowly build yourself up ji.
