When I went to the Amrit sanchar I didn't go to give my head but thanks to you guys I have found out what your mind set is really supposed to be like everyday. So should I take Amrit again or will It be fine

You don't need to retake Amrit but if you've realised this then Guru has blessed you and change your mindset from now on

if the hukam nama that was taken with your parents permission for the potential of a marriage with someone says no should we continue or forget about the union?

If Guru gave you an answer then it's up to you whether or not to accept the advice, but always remember Guru is never wrong and there is a reason behind everything he tells us even if we might not be able to see that.

Why do we have to wear a turban at night or whenever we r at home

Khalsa should also be Tyaar Par Ryaar (ready upon ready) and we should always cover head anyway.

Is it true Gurmakhi and Punjabi are different and if so is Gurmakhi just for our Granth or is it a whole other language

Gurmukhi is special for Gurbani you can speak to Guru/Akaal Purakh with Gurmukhi. Gurmukhi is written with Punjabi alphabet but it consists of many languages.

Why do people refer to 40 days for a certain sewa i.e jhoria (shoes) di sewa and your minds will be fulfilled?

40 days is the amount needed to get into a habit so that's why many Mahapurakhs say 40 days. Its not a ritual.

Please answer I feel like after my visit from the gurdewara I'm motivated and stay humble for a little while but then like a day or two later I loose that motivation to stay humble. Do you have and advice or shabad I can recite over and over again in my mind (I still do nitnem)

If you were motivated from going to the Gurdwara once then a make a routine to go regularly so you stay boosted.
In regards to a Shabad - daas cannot GIVE you a Shabad to do abhyiaas on. Its only the Panj Pyare that can implant Gurshabad. Daas can only advise you with a certain Shabad, and remember all Gurbani has equal power. Would recommend::
Tu Prab Data Daan Mat Poora, Ham Thare Phekari Jio.
Me Kiya Mango Kisch Thir Na Rahyo Har Dheejai Naam Pyari Jio.
You, God, are the Giver of gifts, the Lord of perfect understanding; I am a mere beggar at Your Door. What should I beg for? Nothing remains permanent; O Lord, please, bless me with Your Beloved Name. ||1||
(Guru Nanak Dev Ji - Ang 597)

I have started waking up at 3am and doing my paat, I'm a week into it and feeling really tired. Is there anything I can do? Or with Guruji kirpa my body will get used to it?

Vaheguru! Most important to sleep early and get an early meal too. Do Ardaas for a consistent amrit vela and if tired after Nitnem would recommend a power nap which does help. Make sure you also avoid getting ego as that will make it even harder to get up.

I was very foolish and cut hair on certain parts of my body after taking Amrit. I know I have to go pesh but am very terrified of confronting the panj pyare. I ask for forgiveness in ardas and am ashamed when I see the panj pyare in gurdwaras or functions

Vaheguru ji - it is vital to see Panj Piare after commuting Bujjer Kurehats, don't worry as they are there to forgive you and very understanding. Maybe tell someone you trust and go together...

Vjkk vjkf! My family are going through a tough time, my parents are constantly arguing and I have exams, I do japji sahib paat in the morning, are there any other paat or shabads I can do?

VJKK VJKF!

Save it, and deliver it, by whatever method it takes
(Dhan Guru Amar Daas Ji - Ang 853)

VKVF, with Maharaj's kirpa I want to start reading Chandi Di Var on a daily basis along with Nitnem. When's the best time of day to read it?

VJKK VJKF! Maybe in the morning to get boosted for the day....

If a Sant Ji has given you hukam to read a certain bani so many times, is it possible to ask a close family member to help you if you are unwell rather than missing a day?

Kam
If a Mahapurakh has given Hukam to you then it's important for you to do the Bani, you can't eat for someone else and Bani is our food. If unwell then listen to the Bani.

I often skip ardas after nitnem feeling that my areas is not sincere and not worthy of doing

Then you should do Ardaas later when you can, Ardaas is like the submission after we do all the hard work which is important.

vjkk vjkf. Regarding the earlier question about fighting laziness. is this the full mantar 'Gobindhey ,Mukhiney, Udhaarey, Aaparey, Hariang, Kariang, Nirnaamey, Akaamey', or is there more? Thank you really need this.

VJKK VJKF! Hanji that's the Mantar - BE WARNED IT'S VERY POWERFUL!!

Does a sikh have to get married? Is there any gurbani quote to prove this?

Never said a Sikh HAS TO get married but it is very highly recommended. Not just for the sake of it but it will help us in our spiritual life as it is extremely difficult to control Kaam (desires) without getting married, there are only some rare Gurmukhs that become celibates and devote life to Bhagti. Even in Bhai Rama Singh's book he strongly urges a Singh to get married as Kaam is a dangerous enemy.
Marriage is also important as it gives us Sangat on a daily basis where wife and husband can support each other on this path.

Gurfateh. Whenever I read translations of gurbani I feel strange I start crying so much but idk why, I don't have enough pyaar for Maharaj. And I keep thinking of killing myself, I am literally krodh itself. Besides naam japna what bani can I listen or read to?

VJKK VJKF! Vaheguru, Vaheguru! It's your guilt that's killing you and you need to get rid of that as that's also ego. Remember we will never be perfect no matter how hard we try. Listen to Kirtan to get more love for Maharaaj.

when we bring sri guru granth sahib at home for akhand path, should we put water on the side (jal) and give it to family members after? some ppl say its important some1 said no to it. I m confuse.

You can as that water will get Shakti from the Gurbani and will become Amrit with sugar crystals.
