Where can I get suraj prakash granth online PDF in English on iphone ?

Don't think the full English translation is done. Wouldn't recommend it really too as English translations never do much justice. Listen to Katha of it jee.

I am Sikh girl, I wear a dastaar and follow the rehat as much as I can, but I can't seem to get my nitnem baaniyaan done. No matter how hard I try, I lose focus. Without nitnem, I feel like my life with never fall into place, and I will Always be incomplete. How can I fix this?

Start easy and build up - start with Japji Sahib and be strict on yourself not to eat breakfast before Japji. If you can't read Gurmukhi then listen and follow with Gutka Sahib. When you are good with that for few weeks then increase - Rehras Sahib, Sohila Sahib too, that's just one way that may work. Most important thing is Ardaas as nothing is possible without Guru's Kirpa. Vaheguru!

What is the best way to manage your Nitnem when travelling internationally and across different timezones? Ie a late night flight from UK would get to India late morning and late for the morning baaniya.

As long as we do our Nitnem that's fine, would just go with times you were in when leaving UK and complete Baniya and then alter when in India.

WJKK WJKF, Is it ok to listen to Gurbani if we don't understand Gurmukhi, just to enjoy the beauty of the music? I do it 1 on 2 day so I still learn the meaning for paat Sometimes I feel like it has more impact on me if I'm not focusing on the lyrics, but I plan to learn it anyway, I'm new to sikhi

How do you define Satsangat ji? There are people who gossip while the granthi is reading bani or when the kirtan is being done at my local Gurdwara.

Dhan Guru Nanak Dev Jee tells us:
How is the Society of the Saints to be known?
There, the Name of the One Lord is chanted.

Wjkk wjkf. Hello may I ask your help on any tips you may be able to share on learning panjabi. I am able to read and write it but I struggle in terms of communicating the language. ( Like my vocabulary of it etc) Thank you :)

VJKK VJKF! A good way to pick up key vocab is by listening to someone speaking Punjabi, would highly recommend listening to Punjabi Katha.

I'm thinking about taking Amrit. Does it matter where and from whom? Local Gurudwara, or in bigger city, or in India? Is it legit if at someone's home with Guru Granth Sahib and 5 Singhs? So many places have their own modified Rehit, how to find one that only follows 10 Guru's Rehit? Need some g

Amrit comes from the Khanda and it's the same wherever you take it:
O Nanak, there is only One Ambrosial Nectar; there is no other nectar at all. (Ang 1238)

Why wasn't Guru Gobind Singh Ji's baani/shabads included in the SGGS when he was compiling it? I'm speculating it comes from a place of humility but is there more to it??? Many thanks!!!!!!

Only Guru knows - but Sri Dasam Granth Ji is meant for the Khalsa especially whereas Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji is for all.

Bani is like the instructions on the box of medicine which tells you how to use the medicine. Naam is the actual medicine but yo can't really use the medicine without the instructions and correct method ji.

Thoughts about why dhan guru nanak was taken into the throne of akaal purakh vaheguru aged 30 and not earlier, eg guru harkrishan maharaj was summoned much earlier?

All his play - maybe Guru Ji wanted to show us how an average Grist (household) man could reach Vaheguru.
