Do you play any instruments?

I do! I play the viola, and I can play the violin with alto sheet music since it's just a smol viola haha. I really want to learn the kalimba, piano, and acoustic guitar.

nope! it actually cheers me up ^v^ the only time it would upset me is if my friends were having fun without including me.

When you feel bad mentally, what is the best way to help you?

just having someone to talk to is amazing! it keeps my mind from focusing on the bad stuff and makes me feel //so much// better.
I have a nasty habit of avoiding other people when I feel bad, but that only makes it worse since I have nothing to distract myself from negative thoughts.
being around other people and feeling wanted / included is the best medicine (:

Do u believe in the human evolution?

yeah! ^v^ evolution is one of my favorite subjects to study. I usually focus on other mammals like hyaeanodontids and thylacinids, but I totally believe in human evolution, too.

What do you love the smell of? 

lilacs 💜 they have the most wonderful scent. my family has a lilac shrub in our garden and I love it so much 🥺
I used to pick a sprig every morning in spring, to sneak in my desk at elementary school and smell throughout the day.
I have a mini collection of lilac candles, soaps, wax cubes, and perfumes. I want to smell like lilacs every day haha

How often do you visit hospitals?

surprisingly, not that often anymore!
I used to visit my local children's hospital at least once a week for appointments, with additional appointments every one to six months in varying departments. that lasted for about four or five years and peaked with two or three appointments a week during the worst parts.
at one point, though, I did an outpatient program in another city and had to visit the hospital every single day. bleh. I remember being so incredibly sick of taking off the hospital bracelets just to put another one xD I started wearing them all of the time, but I'd get a new one when the text started rubbing off.
growing up with chronic illnesses is no fun! it caused a majority of my anxiety issues. I hate hospitals and doctors.
I still have the occasional follow-up appointment, but other than that, I try to avoid them now. that might end soon, though, since I'm about to start an IOP or PHP at a university hospital for my anxiety. I'm not sure how long they'll stay online before switching back to in-person appointments again.

I used to when I was a kid - I //loved// getting palm readings LOL - but I'm not so sure anymore. I know it probably isn't real and is nothing more than a pseudoscience, but a part of me still wants to believe it is 👀

I don't think I would 0:
certain parts would be very difficult to watch and potentially triggering for me, although I'm sure that would make it more interesting for other people.

yeah! I keep my mouth shut when someone tells me a secret, even if our friendship goes sour. it's not my place to give that info out.
I've been sitting on some really big secrets for six, almost seven years now and I have zero plans to tell them to anyone, ever.

It's Relaxation Day. How will you unwind?

I've been trying to take it easy to prep for my appointments on tuesday, but that's been a bit difficult with so much going on LOL. I think I'm just going to take a shower and then draw for a lil bit before bed!

yep, definitely. that's some very strong misogyny by incorrectly stereotyping girls as weak. I'd try to reflect on why you even felt the need to say something so rude in the first place, but I'd also look into why that statement is harmful for women and the impact it has on us.

I'm a huge nerd, so here's a genetics fact: there is only one living colorpoint dog in the entire world 👀
think of siamese cats - the markings in their fur are a colorpoint pattern. it's temperature-sensitive albinism, where cold areas have pigment and warm areas don't.
matysek, a rescued dachshund in the czech republic, is the only living dog with these markings that we know of. he's literally THE rarest dog on the planet right now.
aside from matysek, there has only been one other known colorpoint dog, but it passed away very tragically in 2009. it was a very timid stray dog in russia. all we have are two photos of it.

How much weight can hot sauce burn

I have no idea,,,,,,,,,,but I definitely recommend losing weight in other ways! it's not worth it 0:
if it's very spicy, it seems like it would make you lose a lot of weight from water because of sweating + causing GI issues. you'd also not be able to absorb the vitamins and minerals you need to function properly and your body would suffer as a result. I've been there and it's suuuuuper exhausting. definitely would not recommend it.
instead, try finding physical activities that you like and exercise more. it would be much more efficient and healthy (:
