here's some examples (:
they appreciate you using their pronouns.
those pronouns are theirs.
they chose those pronouns themself / themselves (both are okay, it's based on personal preference).
it's pretty much like she/her and he/him, but sometimes uses grammar like I/me. overall, it's very similar to using they/them as a plural. for example:

for me, I got sick for 24 hours after my second dose. that was it. I had //one// bad night where it felt like I had a fever and I nearly threw up. I felt fine the next day and nothing bad actually happened. I have emetophobia and WILL have panic attacks if I get sick, but it was fine LOL
so don't be afraid of getting vaccinated (: it's very important, you're helping a lot of people by doing it. it's //way// better than getting the disease the vaccine is there to prevent
