Hear a lot of people call themselves open-minded. These are the same people who think their views are right and others are wrong. Is anyone really open-minded? Don't believe you can accept everyone's opinion.

Open-mindedness is a passive-aggresive assertion against conservative ideology. It's anchored in the deprecating idea that conservatives are dumb, mouth breathing hillbillies. So, to combat that, people who identify as liberal think of themselves as wine swilling, open minded intellectuals.
In reality, people of both parties are limited in their thinking, very much.
Like, any person who used the term 'open minded' as an adjective to describe themselves is the type of person to feign giving a shit about homeless people while never actually doing anything to help homeless people.
I view minds as weak or strong, a schizophrenic or serial killer being the strongest mind possible.
The gross majority are weak minded, meaning they reiterate externalizations without much internalization.
Judging a person chiefly on their actions is a much better methodology to find someone with an expansive mind free from the herd mentality. In other words, look for an individual.

do you like soccer?

Not really. The only time I watch is during the world cup. Which seems odd because I'm not one for nationalism or soccer/football.
i think why i'm attracted to it during that circumstance is my appreciation for any showing of elite skill. It could be darts, golf, or bubble blowing, really.
Plus, a small part of me does enjoy following portugal, where portion of my heritage comes from. I think if they were a nation with more international clout, I'd think differently. But it's just a poor-ass place in europe, one that europeans typically speak of while making a 'shit smelling' facial expression.
I do get off on certain nations crying like supreme bitches when their team loses. Brazil, for instance.
But, I don't know, man, maybe I'm too blunted to understand the intricacies of the game, but seems like soccer players are a very athletic group of pussies. They cry over the dumbest shit. And, it's not just that, but their entire demeanor.
Like, during the last world cup, the dude bit another dude, which is bitchmade to begin with, but then the dude who got bit... cried to the ref. I can't think of any sport, situation or reality where getting bit results in tattling like a toddler at daycare. The knee-jerk reaction should have been a flurry of fists, shins, knees and elbows, not an impression of tommy pickles.
Maybe if I lived in europe or south america the feeling would be different. Seems like the fans go altered beast before, during and after the games. Though, i'd be appreciating that and not the actual game.
I think indoor soccer is a lot more fun to watch.

Describe your oldest memory?

I answered this like 5-7 days ago. Please read the archive. If you have specific questions about the memory, feel free to ask.

Have you seen My Dinner With Andre?

No, I haven't seen much Malle, which admittedly seems odd. I know of this movie though. Looks interesting enough.

Will you write anything for htmlgiant in its last couple weeks? I really would like to read stuff from you, Sam, Jimmy Chen, Chelsea Martin. You guys were why I loved that site.

Yeah, I don't know. I was originally booted off the giant, so, dunno if i'm included in the open invitation, and if i am, how to post again.
But if I am allowed to, i'm sure I'll send ol' gal off into the ocean ablaze like the viking slut she is.

But really the whole fighting for equality thing will never work. The media is full of stereotype hustlers with the goal of putting everyone against each other for their differences. Think everyone needs to realize no one is equal and someone will shit on who you are no matter who you are.

Yeah, I wish more people, men and women, were like ronda rousey: http://youtu.be/ksGYlQBFMXsHollywoodDaddy’s Video 118107086938 ksGYlQBFMXsHollywoodDaddy’s Video 118107086938 ksGYlQBFMXs

Also on feminism, feminists (male and female) need to start fighting to rid the world of the white knight / damsel in distress stereo type that leads to so much inequality. We're stuck at men needing to protect women because most think they're defenseless and weak.

Yeah, I concur. I believe that everyone has equal strength, not one gender or race or whatever over the others. Which is why I'm constantly getting shit and being called a misogynist or victim shamer.
The truth is though that while everyone does have the same strength, not very many are capable of lifting themselves out of the psychological fetters they've been born into.

Was going to ask what you thought about the age difference. Everyone is clinging to it so hard even though it was the norm years ago and before that it was even creepier. My great grandma married at the age of 12 to a 19 year old and had 4 kids by the time she was 18. That's weird. 12 year olds.

Yeah, my grandmother married at age 15 and had her first child at 16. I don't think it's inherently creepy.
Humans are the only creatures dumb enough to put sanctions on relationships and sex, which is why there's so much perversion and predator type behavior.
Getting married young and having children is pretty normal in most cultures. It just depends on life expectancy. Like, when you're living in harsh times, don't really have the luxury of worrying about all this nonsense, no time to be overprotective.
Personally, I think younger people should have relationships with older people. Not exclusively and not necessarily sexual.
If there wasn't such a division between age groups then both could learn from each other. Sometimes, it's just as important for an adult in their thirties+ to remember how to be youthful as it is for a teenager to be guided away from making dangerously naive decisions.

Why do we humans like it when people follow us on social media? Does it make us more important? Does it make us feel more important?

Insecurity and the ego which births it.
It's impossible for others to make yourself more/less important. Depending on the scale, all of us are both important and unimportant.
Does it make a person 'feel' more important. Sure, I guess. I mean, it depends on the person. Not everybody is a card carrying member of the cult of do you like me. But a lot of people are, i think.
In culture, we're bombarded with constant messages of how lacking our self-worth is. And, growing up, nobody is taught to value their own strength, because if they did, then 80% of corporate profit would disappear and instead of buying all this dumb shit to be something someone isn't, people would acquire new skills/enjoy life.
Another aspect of social media that's detrimental as fuck is that a person can be very disingenuous without much effort. Which garners the attention a person is lacking in concrete reality.
Social media also allows a person to go well outside their normal sphere of influence. Like, in concrete reality, they only interact with 5-10 people on a daily basis, but, online, it could be thousands.
All of this is housed on a foundation where self-respect is non-existent.

these are thoughts i am too scared to express without anonymity. but they took over the last season of breaking bad. they took over the gaming world. now they end alt lit. these women are wrecking "our" fun with all their "issues" don't you think? we let them have feminism, what more do they want?

Lol. I wouldn't say women are wrecking anything, really. Strongly think that technology has emasculated the male gender, which has put them (us) on the same playing field as women (who've been emasculated pretty much since society began).
Which is the tragedy/comedy of our modern life.
Personally, I'm glad alt lit is dying off. It's just a dumb fucking clique comprised mostly of shit souls. And precisely why someone as lame, effeminate and uncreative as the tullmeister gained prominence.
Dude just shat out a journal and pretended like you had to be 'special' to be in it. That's all he did. That's it. Used the efforts of others and did so in a smarmy, alienating way.
And in return all these simpletons thought, 'damn, this dude is legit. hope he likes me. god, gotta get him to like me before the next pop serial issue!'
Think blaming women for being upset about a predator is gross. And think women not taking responsibility for their actions is pretty gross too.
Advise you to stop looking towards abstractions like 'breaking bad' and 'gaming' and doing something in reality that could lead to self-harm or death, like, hiking in eastern oregon or fishing in alaska or a good ol' fashioned knife fight in a vietnamese whore house..

Eh. Going to get called names for saying this but seems like Ellen is upset about something and having a fit of narcissistic rage.
Most of these 'tweets' are made from a perspective of 0 responsibility. Which is a neon indicator there's an ulterior motive behind them and not simply, 'damn, this horribly thing happened to me.'
Also, I hate using this term, but, ellen is bipolar, which means her mood fluctuates within a higher gamut than an 'average' person. Not devaluing what she's saying simply because of a mood disorder but think it's a consideration when examining her possible motivation. She's been open about her episodes and hospital visits.
I don't think age is that big of a deal. It all depends on the relationship and the motivation behind it. But, weak minds are so keyed in to 'statutory rape' that they completely are unable to think of an age discrepancy as anything but extremely negative.
Also, statutory rape is the concern of the victim and his/her parents. Not a bunch of knee-jerking assholes with no invested interest in the affair looking for something to rail against because it's tuesday and there's nothing else to do on the internet.
Finally, seems almost impossible for tao to write a book with a notable publisher about his relationship with ellen without her first approving of it.
I'm all about outing and destroying people who take advantage of others but feel like people are more interested in the drama of all this shit than the actual acts, which, to me, is almost more disgusting than the acts.

Do you ever look at art in museums and/or galleries?

I think of art galleries as an elite starbucks for an esoteric group of cunts. It's definitely a scene. I mean, all those rich kids that daddy put through art school have to do something with their free time now that they've graduated.
Plus, an art gallery is a place of prostitution, it's where art is sold to assholes with money looking to feel better about some sort of inadequacy. Think any object with a price tag becomes devalued from its original worth.
I'm very much against them.
It used to be that street art was beautiful but now all these ego monster idiot hipsters have been suffocating cities with their poorly made advertisements masquerading as 'art.'
I like museums. Appreciating art is good. Think the energy of the environment and people inside the museum is horrible though. It's difficult to enjoy yourself in a museum, is all i'm saying.

Do you ever think we will see "revolution" in our lifetime?

Have always thought of 'revolution' as an abstract dream sold to an underclass by those who covet the ruling class, and, almost always, results in a reality worse than its previous iteration.
So, hopefully, no.
Firmly believe rebellion and civil disobedience are paramount to making changes in government, society and culture. Which is why, historically, the practitioners of rebellion/civil disobedience who've made a worthwhile impact against injustice usually end up assassinated or mysteriously dead.

Is life all downhill after high school?

Sure, if you're a fucking loser. I've never understood how anyone could view high school as positive. It's a place of conformity, hatred and encampment.
The truth is life is all downhill until about 30-32, then it starts getting better.

Do you say the word faggot?

Yeah, sure, of course. I'm unafraid to say any word. It's all in the context of how it's used.
I don't think i've ever used it to attribute a negative light about someone's sexuality. It's always been in a much more derogatory connotation, like, similar words are: 'lamedick', 'pussy', 'bitchmade', 'punk-ass'.
The caveat being that if I view someone as an enemy, I'll employ whatever technique with the most potential to hurt them the most.

420 Friendly ?

Firmly believe '420 friendly' is a moronic term. People should stop being so pussy and assert themselves.
Already answered if I smoke weed or not. Read the archives.

Do you think using the word "retarded" in a derogatory manner is morally acceptable? Society does not condone putting down gay ppl for being gay or black ppl for being black, why should we put down disabled ppl for being disabled? Should we start referring to "retarded" as the r word?

What does morality have to do with words. That's an insanely ignorant idea.
And, you're wrong. Society has been completely alright with putting down gays/blacks/whatever when it's suitable.
Advise you to read 'Thus Spoke Zarathustra' instead of giving words more power than they deserve and/or wasting time on the internet to mitigate the nagging emptiness in your chest that won't go away.

Do you ever read dis magazine? http://dismagazine.com Have u even heard of it?

Nope and nope. Respect a person more for being direct than manipulative. Now, just think you're a bitch. Foresee me never going to that website.
