Yes this is NOT an ok procedure on cat, it is cruel and can also cause more problems for you when your cat is having problems to step in the litter box. Do no declaw your cat!

I cannot tell you the answer of that, it depends on your cat. Do you think that she would accept another friend? And do you have a plan if they don't go well together? Often, it goes very well to put two cats together, but not everytime and you need to have a plan for that.

Why do you encourage breeding instead of adopting

I don't prefer one over the other, but if there where no serious breeders in the world, there would soon be only cats without known background. As a breeder, I only produce kittens from healthy parents and the buyers can rest assured that their kitten doesn't carry any disease. This is not what you can say about crossbreeds. I have adopted 5 cats myself, and for me all cats are equal in value. It is the humans that don't neuter their strays I have a problem with, or those who breed of their cats because they are cute, without knowing if they are actually producing kittens with potential future diseases.

Min katt är lite jobbig för varje natt så hämtar han kläder från tvättsträcket som är i bomull. Sedan så bär han upp kläderna för trappen och jamar jätte högt så jag vaknar och om han inte gör det så står han och krafsar på fönstrena och när jag öppnar så lägger han sig där tyst. Vad ska jag göra?

Du behöver bryta detta mönster genom att inte ge med dig på natten. När du går upp och ger honom det han vill ha så belönar du detta beteende vilket gör att han fortsätter.
Det kan bli jobbigt att avvänja eftersom du då behöver stå ut om han jamar på natten.
Kan du stänga till där tvätten är på natten så han inte kommer åt den alls och provar vad som händer?

Hej. Jag har en fillt i min soffa som min katt Sally jätte ofta ligger och suger på, samtidigt så spinner hon jätte mycket och trampar med tassarna. Varför gör hon det?

Det är ett tecken på trygghet, och kanske påminner filten om hennes mamma när hon var liten och gjorde precis likadant på hennes mage :)
Prova lägg filten på dig och se om hon gör likadant på dig, det är supermysigt <3

I know when I was waiting for Berry and Zinna, I had such tingeling feeling every day for 3 months and I felt so happy. It was fun to make plans and buy stuff. This is a special time, so don't waste it :)

You mentioned they don't gain weight from wet food as much as dry food but your cats seem more on the plump side?

I have given them dry food as they grow up, and that is a choice I have made because fertile cats tend to loose a lot of weight, so I needed to fill them up a bit :) But Thea's size I have no idea how that came to be, It also of course has a lot to do with genes

I am thinking about getting another cat, I already have 3.... But I found a breeder who has a blue boy and a seal girl, I originally only thinking about the blue boy but I am very tempted to get the girl as well...but 5 cats , I don't know... It just seems like a lot

Yes 5 cats are a big responsability, when all goes well you will only have a lot of food to give and poop to scoop :D but in bad times like all of them having stomach problems, you will have a lot on your hands. And if there is vet costs x5 =\ Just so you think it over. You will always fall in love with kittens, but you cannot have them all :)

Cats are night animals, but not all cats are hyper at night. Play with them before you go to bed and hopefully they will sleep all night. If the cat starts to scream or crave your attention during night, don't give in because that is like rewarding the cat for that bad behaviour and he will most likely keep doing it night after night.

For the person with cat allergies I heard female cats produce less of the allergen causing stuff and you can get a air filter as well.

Yes, it is said that a female produce less than males, and neutered cats also produce less than fertile. Kittens produce most allergenes so it is important for the owner to know this and don't rehome the kitten after a few weeks, it would have been kinder to the kitten to not take it home at all.

I tried so many BARF recipes but my cat doesn't like wet or raw food. I also tried to roll the raw food in crumble dry food but nothing changed. Do you have an idea?

Cats are not picky by nature, they eat what they kill. But raw food hasn't that smell that commercial food has so they just don't know it's food. But if you have grown up cats, it is ok to refuse any other food to them and just hope they will have a taste. When I switched to raw food for my oldest cat, it took him a week to like it and then he loved it. Just be patient, and inventive. Give in different bowls, plates, by hand etc :)

I have a ragdoll but i think he is not a purebred as he is quite small for his age compared to others. I got him from streets. I wanna ask you, do mix ragdolls are vulnerable to disease? He is extra sensitive to dust and always sneezes! He also very easy to get flu! Hope theres way to help him :(

This has nothing to do with breeds, it can be from birth or if growing up was hard. Is he vaccinated each year? It could be herpes or calicivirus which is nothing you cure, and they can get rid of it with time, but they can also carry it for the rest of their life. Do a vet check up on him to find out what it might be.
