It is not so much about the difference between them, you need to focus on the weight gain. If a kitten don't gain weight it might have problems reaching a teat, and might need a little extra help to get more energy to fight the siblings. You don't have to give if the kittens are gaining weight every day.

A true ragdoll with the right upbringing will do that, some more than others. If the kittens won't have the right upbringing they might not be that trusting to go limp. My kittens does this :)
