When is it the shedding season? Summer? Sorry if it's a dumb question :3

No questions are dumb :)
It is mostly in fall and spring but it can actually vary a bit from cat to cat. Some cats only shed once a year

My cat is a male..age 10 month..already neutered... Just want to ask..why do my cat like to chew my firgers..already check my fingers clean from food and no smell of food also...hurmm...wondering

You smell a lot on your hands so that is why they sometimes chew on the fingers. And it can also be an act of dominance, I would advice you to try and stop this behavior in case he will start to act bossy over you.

This is because I never give them baths :) Only if we are going to a show, and I'm not really doing that anymore. A healthy cat does not need to take baths, it can do more harm than good :)

Hi! Can you please help me? I have a year old ragdoll and need food advice. I use Sanabelle dry food and Iams wet food. Is this okay? Are those good brands? Thank you soo soo much :)

I'm trying to research on the dry food because I have never heard of it before. It seems to be a quite good brand of food (to be a dry kind)
Do you have Bozita where you live? If so, try to give that as wet food because you kind of cannot get any better food than that :)

När min katt var kattunge så älskade han att ligga i knät, nu när han är 10 månader hatar han det. Varför? Hur kan jag "göra" min katt till en gosglad knäkatt? :)

Nu börjar han att växa till sig och om han inte är kastrerad än så beror det på att han nu börjar bli könsmogen. Det är viktigt att aldrig tvinga fram mys och gos, det har motsatt effekt. Om det är så att du har försökt mysa när han inte vill så kan det vara bra att backa ett tag och mysa på andra sätt. Ex så brukar jag lägga mig bredvid Muffin och prata med honom och pilla på hans tassar, det är en väldigt speciell stund utan mycket direktkontakt som passar bra för katter som inte riktigt vill kramas hela dagen :)

It is hard to know how a pregnant queen will react, they do act a little different than they do otherwise. Just please separate them if the queen is stressed by the new kitten, it can cause miscarriage of the unborn

Du har ju parat zinnamon, hur går det med ungarna och muffin och dom andra katterna? är det vanligt att hanen hjälper honan? Kommer dom andra honorna hjälpa henne att "fostra" dom?

Det är svårt att veta nu eftersom de båda aldrig haft kull innan. Muffin har varit med och uppfostrat två tidigare kullar så jag hoppas det ska gå bra. Planen är att mamma katt med ungar ska få gå ihop med Muffin, så jag hoppas det går bra :)

Will you expose the pink girl again? Somebody in the comments mentioned it's not good for cats and she just brushed it off saying the google says this and that. Poor cat... you should do something about it. :( Please.

Since I cannot see this, I don't know what to do. I have already tried once but got so many people from her side to attack me. I can only hope she will stop the abuse of this poor kitty <3

It could be something called rufism doing this, which makes cold colors a bit warmer. Or it is just a normal discolouration from the sun :)

My cat ate a piece of plastic yesterday but he's been eating/pooing/drinking and playing like normal. He seems like he's fine. Stomach isn't distended or anything. It was a piece of plastic that you find wrapped around a new spool of ribbon. Should I be worried?

Keep an eye out, it can pass through as it should but any signs of changed behaviour you should call a vet just to be sure

Can I see a photo somewhere?

So my cat out of blue started sniffing my sisters underarm area Fr a long time and kept his mouth open and after he didn't sniff anything else. Again when she picked him up, he did the same. It was odd he's never done this before. What does it mean ? In tht very place she has a an old wound there.

This is very common and normal, whenever my cats get the chance they do the same, but I'm so sensitive there so I never let them :)
We smell a lot there, so if your sister isn't as familiar as you are to the cat, then he took the chance to "get to know her better" by smelling her there :)

You took the safety net for the balcony on zooplus?

One of my sections, the white net, is from Zooplus. The others (black) is from a Swedish store and the net is much thicker

Is ragdoll a cat that gets along with dogs? Are they kind or mean to people? And how often do you have to brush/groom their coat? Thanks!

They could get along with dogs if just introduced properly. It helps to buy a kitten from a breeder that has dogs, that way the kitten already know how a dog works. Ragdolls are very kind to people :) As long as you get one from a responsible breeder that has raised the kittens to be like a ragdoll should be. I would suggest to comb or brush once a week and when it is shedding season you do it maybe once a day :)

Hey I have one question! I saw a cat when I was walking with my dog and the cat didn't run away when my dog came at her/him but the cat put her/his hair up and looked weird and just stood there. When my dog was close the cat hit my dog with nails. Why didn't the cat just run away when seeing a dog?

All cats react differently to dogs. This show you saw was the cat's way of telling the dog to stay away otherwise she would take actions (which she did) If the cat was to turn around and expose her back to this predator (dog) it is vulnerable to injuries if she cannot get away fast enough.
Unfortunatly dogs don't always understand this communication so be aware if a cat does this, she will attack if getting to close

And we're busy all week so Saturday was the best day… is there anything that we really need for a kitten? We have 3 cats at the moment so we have cat litter, LOTS of toys... And seeing as we won't have long to 'kitten-shop' what things are most essential to get?

I don't think you really need anything, just be sure to ask what food and litter the kitten is used to and maybe buy that as soon as you know, that will make the move to a home where there already is cats much easier.

Ok, so, we're getting a kitten on SATURDAY. I'm on holiday right now and will get back late Friday evening(9ish)... We've been waiting on the breeder to know if the kitten is available(whether his markings are show quality or something they aren't)sooooo we only found out yesterday… she's out Sunday
