Do you have any idea what Rhex will look like when his coat matures? Could you show us? He looks so different from the rest of the kittens in the litter! There seems to be really little white on him.

If you google Ragdoll seal mitted you will find adult cats of his color :)

Not really a question but my friends and I are constantly checking our phones in our college class for kitten updates. They are simply too cute! Sending all our love to Berry, Zinna, Muffin, Thea and the babies, from warm California! ♡

at what age is it okay to mate a female cat for the first time?

The tests should be made when they are about one year old and when all tests results are back and are a clean match, they are ready (of course, you also need to see that your cat is mentally ready, otherwise she can reject her babies)

Yes it seems that Malvae is a splitface :) I have had one girl before that was splitface, it was mty first Thea (the cat I named my cattery after)

Why is muffin so unhappy? A lot of people have only 1 cat and they seem ok?

It is because he now is in a room where I don't visit so much, when he was in the livingroom it was much better because he had me as company most of the day

My cat is so active he keeps wanting to play for over an hour each day but won't play with toys on his own... How can I help him when I don't have much time

You can try to get him other kind of toys (not that just looks different, they have to have different usage or sound etc) I can guarantee that you haven't tried all toys yet :)

No, it's just that cats that eat commercial food doesn't recognize raw meat as food because it doesn't have all the extra flavour added

maybe while ur home all day....you should let muffin in the girls room while your there :D and he can chill with them all day :D and at night u can take him back to the kitchen ^_^

He will visit them but since I work most of the day I cannot keep my eyes on them all day. So he will visit them for a while each day maybe

You look at the distance between the anus and genitals. A boy has a bigger distance than girls

Do you have any tips to get cats to eat raw food? Mine are on wet food and have eaten raw scraps in the past.

Just be patient and keep giving it. You could also pour some gravy from the wet food on it. Cats that aren't familiar with raw food will not quite understand that it is food, because it doesn't smell as much as commercial food (which they add flavours to)

are both mommies back at their pre pregnancy weight now? "weight before getting pregnant"

No not quite yet but both moms are coping very good actually. As long as the babies are feeding of them they will probably be a bit thinner than before :)

Is it true only girls can be torties(or on boys it's really rare) ?

Yes that is true. The color sits on the X chromosome which girls have two of and males only one, so the male cannot have two colors at the same time like girls do (the white on cats isn't really a color, there is color underneith so you could say tortie with white or just tortie which usually is without white)

do you take your cats out in the snow? and if yes do they enjoy it? my cat used to be scared of snow

I do it sometimes but they doesn't really like it too much :)
