oh my little emdog, last summer she was a picture of innocence and chillness, that magically grew into some kind of eyebrow shaving, eyebrow drawing minx. i spent probably about 70% of my summer last year helping emily and melrose with jumping, shoving up fillers and scary things, working on grids and bounces and countless other things and i have to say there wasn't a day where we didn't laugh. something went wrong - we laughed it off and tried again. if there's anything about emily i love, is that she might feel unconfident in herself about doing something but she will always put 100% in and try her hardest :) shes hilarious and even though i worry about her making silly mistakes at this moment in time, i love her to the ends of the earth and back will always help her out :)

first off i have to get it out there that abbey is gorgeous. i remember the days of her being an utter spaz where she constantly fell off... and evidently after saturday when she joined in our lesson that hasn't changed at all :P i have so much respect for the way abbey rides because she's very adaptable and will give absolutely any horse a go and give everything a good crack. she's always there to vent to, will listen to any problem and always give sound advice :') she is constantly making me smile and i love her to pieces

harriet is my disciple. we have spent many a year being retarded and spazzing out, taking long walks to her house from the stables and munching our way through obscene amounts of biscuits... the pc days where we were all christened with spazzy names, 'h language', our boy name phase, 'oh oh, it's harriet, i must stop her!' so on and so forth.. slightly too many memories to narrow down into a singular paragraph but this girl has always had the uncanny ability to make me laugh whatever the situation... and like this she is a breath of fresh air as she ALWAYS finds the bright side to everything :) i love harriet so much

What do you mean about not having the pace? What is a workers and how does it work?
workers is short for working hunter :P im sure you know what that is, but basically it's a class that has a jumping section and a ridden show section. so first you'll jump your round, all the jumps will be rustic so nothing coloured, just wooden things with a cross country style feel to it :) in the jumping round you want to be pretty fast as your horse has to show it has the hunting pace, it should be bold and jump cleanly. so everyone will individually jump the course and then you'll be called back in together for your ridden show where you will have to show that your horse can 'work' eg having them under control, on the bit etc
If you were to go showing, what classes would you compete in?
i would say workers, but roxy doesnt have the pace for what you'd want in the jumping round and shes still slightly laboured on the flat, and of course because of height restrictions and such the jumping round would probably be huge
so i really dont know :P
