Why did Grace send JJ back? She's such a spoiled bitch for doing that just because she can't ride her anymore, what about waiting for her to get better and just bonding with her and stuff?

she isn't spoilt at all for sending JJ back. do you have any fucking idea how difficult it is to pay for a horse when it's earning it's keep let alone when it's not? really the reasons why the dixon's sent JJ back are absolutely none of your business whatsoever, but i know that family adored that mare so dont ever try and argue against that in any way. im sure if keeping her had been an option they would have in a heartbeat. if you have a problem with it, you try and keep paying livery and pay for treatment for the horse, you little fucker

basically i woke up bright and early at like 5 which was not cool, me rosie cara grace and emily just chatted for a bit which was lavanest then we went out on the yard and fed the horses then get ours in, sorted out ours ready to leave the yard at 8. then we loaded them all up, sox was the ultimate joker and ran back out of the lorry because he thinks he's a rebel :L then after we loaded we had a delightful journey to gbec. i left with rosie so we could enter our classes and when i returned i found a sexy and wild stella holding a hooded roo and we had a joyous reunion and from then on it was great cba to write more tbh lol

well over all i had a really lovely day was such a good laugh with all my friends but Gruff was a shit lol just napped and then refused like everything but you know what fuck it life goes on and theres always next time, no point crying about it

My horse always bucks in canter and I always get pinged off!!! How can I stay on? D:

chances are you are over riding it because you're expecting it to happen, so naturally you're trying to sit yourself deeper into the saddle and get your leg forward etc to anchor you in. but really if you're working at speed, i would lighten the seat and come up and out of the saddle so you aren't caught up in the back legs being thrown up fairly high. likewise make sure your horse is working forward - energy that's travelling forward properly cant go up :)

What bit would you think about putting on a horse that runs through the contact and constantly tanks off out hacking?

i'd whack it in a waterford for a couple of times then wean it back to less strong bit :)

If someone told you that your horse was leaving tomorrow what would you do?
