Not in Arab countries. Like Tunis, USA, Germany, London, etc. Like open minded places where even others do the same and won't judge you and all. But in Bahrain, my parents wouldn't dare let me out of the house without wearing jeans, leggings, or short sleeve. And if I am wearing a short skirt or dress to a restaurant, I have to wear tights. And if I'm wearing a tank/tube top, I have to wear a cardigan over it. And since I only swim in my friends' houses, I can wear bikinis since its not public.
