You can hold yourself. It's all in your subconscious mind. If you keep being negative and saying you can't, nothing will happen. But if you're positive and work hard, it'll all workout^-^ there's nothing hard with it x

You're probably neglecting your hair! If you eat a lot of junk food, try to cut down on that. Eat foods that encourage healthy hair such as walnuts, avocados, seafood, diary, eggs, etc. Also drink PLENTY of water and try to find 'COD Liver Oil Capsules' at the pharmacy. Also, don't wash your hair too much because that can lead to stripping off the oils your hair needs to try to wash your hair every other day or every 2 days or for as long as possible. Give yourself some daily head massages to circulate the blood on your scalp to promote hair growth and proper blood circulation. Switch your shampoos to something that is supposed to help with anti-hair fall(try Pantene, Sunsilk or Framesi). Avoid heat as much as possible because using it a lot can cause your hair to die and be very brittle and weak. Use a replenishing mask once a week(purchase one or find a DIY) and use a clarifying shampoo once a week to remove all the build up in your hair(if you can't find a clarifying shampoo, use an anti-dandruff one). & do not tug your hair too hard when brushing it or removing any tangles, be very gentle and have regular trims(every 4 months). Then wear a bandeau... I don't get why you're making excuses for yourself. If you think it causes you to sweat 'too much' then wear a bandeau. You can literally find them for like 1 BD at New Look or Cotton or F21. :L
okay what if the under shirts I have stick to my body and I sweat alot? and the bras I wear are white or black? am I trashy? sorry for bothering you I just need to know:D
It's better that you sweat through your undershirt than sweat through your p.e shirt. Would you want your p.e shirt to look blotchy and sweaty and disgusting? I don't think so, so a basic tank would build that barrier. & yeah, black shows VERY clearly and so does white. Like idk how girls are comfortable going out of the house with their bra being shown to the world. :/

I'm not meaning to send hate or anything but you do know that bh is hot as shit and wearing an undershirt is gonna make girls sweat even more, so it's not like they want to be trashy and all it's just that they might feel uncomfortable with an undershirt :D don't be too fast to judge :3
No it is because every girl in kanoo is fully aware that the shirt is see-through. & I don't think a basic tank top would make any difference to the heat, they could at least wear a bandeau. I know guys that are even complaining about it because they think girls are trying too hard and attention seeking. It doesn't matter what the weather is, if the girl respects her self and her surroundings and is classy, I'm pretty sure she wouldn't be walking around with a bright colored bra and a white see through shirt.
