Aw that's cute! & since he's your brother, you should wear something pretty extravagant imo ^-^ Like wear a long dress for example, and if your dress has a lot of embellishments around the shoulder/neck area or you want to show off some earrings, put it up in a pretty up-do and suchh x & don't have your makeup too dramatic or too minimal, maybe nice eyeliner and bold lipstick or a bold eye look and a nude/pink lip?x
